Particularly interesting is how <em>state <\/em>also affects it &#8212; due, I&#8217;ve no doubt, to state gas tax differences (or, in some cases, state requirements for different formulations).<\/p>\n<p>When I was in the UK a few weeks back, prices there were around the equivalent of $5\/galllon (again, largely due to national gas tax rates).<\/p>\n<p><small>(via <a href=\"http:\/\/j-walkblog.com\/index.php?\/weblog\/posts\/gas_price_map\/\" target=\"_blank\">J-Walk<\/a>)<\/small><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Interesting map here showing the price of gas by county.
