UPDATE: That’s a picture of Queen Elizabeth on the cover of the paper. Her 80th birthday is Sunday, I believe, and all sorts of talk about how much they like her, how she doesn’t plan on ever retiring (much, no doubt, to Charles’ chagrin), etc.<\/p>\n
