What happens is that others come in from abroad to live in those deprived, difficult, and impoverished circumstances and at great public cost.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n I can’t even begin to address the historical and logical disconnects here (e.g., if we’d not had abortion, would those 40 million people be harvesting crops in the San Joaquin Valley?
