Next thing I know, as I get home, I get a call from her asking if I could track down on the Internet any United management at Oakland airport — or else some customer service reps there, since they all seemed to have gone home.<\/p>\n
Hrm.<\/p>\n
And, twenty minutes later (after a fruitless search online), I get a call from her saying that (a) she’s gotten an earlier flight, and (b) she knows more than she wants to know about United’s India support desk …<\/p>\n
