How to do a wall flip<\/a> (running up a wall and flipping over backwards). I almost hesitate to post about it — but I will, at least the (biggest) warning section:<\/p>\n

Warnings<\/strong><\/p>\n

* The wall flip is inherently dangerous and can cause severe injuries if not well executed. Never attempt to learn this without two trained people who can support your falls. See How to Support a Wall Flip. Before attempting, consider the risks (surface conditions, distance to a medical facility, skill of spotters, previous injuries, etc).<\/p>\n

* Always remember to make sure that the wall you are doing this on is solid. If it’s not, you could easily put your foot into or through it, and if you get your foot caught, you could be dangling upside down with no way of getting your (broken) foot out on your own.<\/p>\n

* Understand that these directions assume the prior ability of being able to perform a back flip. If you do not know the necessary conditions in which it takes to fully rotate through a successful backflip, do not attempt the wall flip. Learn the back flip first on a trampoline or on some mats. Definitely not concrete!<\/p>\n

* Always warm up and stretch before attempting. <\/p>\n

* Good shoes<\/p>\n

* A solid wall<\/p>\n

* Supporters or Spotters (people to help you and make sure nothing goes wrong).<\/p>\n

* Mats if available<\/p>\n

* Directions to the nearest medical facility <\/p><\/blockquote>\n
