Today&#8217;s selection:  <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=Z00WrgIdcio\">cool game commericials (and promotional videos) from the 1970s<\/a>.  Too much fun, especially since I (cough) remember some of these:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We had an SSP (&#8220;with <em>sonic sound!<\/em>&#8220;), or, rather, my brother did.  It was one of the Ramjet models, I believe, in a fluorescent green.\n<li>I don&#8217;t recall Smash-Up Derby, but I remember the music from the commercial.  That probably says something right there.<\/p>\n<li>I remember the ads for Water Wiggle and Slip &#8216;N&#8217; Slide.<\/p>\n<li>We had a Masterpiece game.  No idea if we still have it.  While it wasn&#8217;t all that much fun, it was a great intro to classic art.<\/ul>\n<p>And, on a related note (and video), while I don&#8217;t remember <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=6Ma-BxGA52I&#038;search=70%27s%201970%20Toys%20Commercials%20tv%20fun\">this commercial<\/a>, I did, indeed, have a lot of Major Matt Mason swag (from Andrew, I believe).<\/p>\n<p>Memories &#8230;<\/p>\n<p><small>Posted by DaveBot.<\/small><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>YouTube is becoming the site of choice for fun and interesting videos.
