The (admittedly biased) folks at LinuxAdvocate.org give a summary of what the End User License Agreement (EULA) on Windows XP Home says<\/a>. That’s all the tiny fine print<\/a> in a scrollable window that you click “I Accept” to during installation. <\/p>\n

Bottom line: “You have to do what we say. We aren’t responsible for anything that happens. We may change our mind about anything or everythign at any time, and the most you can ever possibly demand under the most outragious and egregious actions on our part is, maybe, if we’re feeling generous, your money back.”<\/p>\n
