Be sure and set your clocks back an hour Saturday night (i.e., giving you an extra hour of sleep, huzzah).<\/p>\n<p>Next year the US will be all wonky with a tweaked schedule (further offset from everyone else).  Joy.<\/p>\n<p>As a regular (yet non-hectic-holiday) bi-annual event, clock changes are also when various activities get recommended, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\nChange smoke alarm batteries, CO alarm batteries, etc.<\/li>\n<li>\nCheck spare tire pressure<\/li>\n<li>\nReplace car windshield wipers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Any other suggestions?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Yes, this weekend marks the end of Daylight Savings Time.
