They can't vote (yet), they aren't subject to criminal punishment, they can't serve in the military, they can't hold office, they … well, they just aren't people. So why is SCOTUS protecting their First Amendment "free speech" rights to donate as much money as they want to political campaigns.
It's wrong, it's corrupting, and if that needs to be made constitutionally clear, then we should do so. #ddtb
