Unfortunately, there's no sign that this is on Obama's radar, especially as it is of little political value to him. Nor are the GOP or Dems likely to push him for it, the former because of their ostensible "law & order" position, the latter for not wanting to seem "soft on crime".

The Quality of Mercy, Strained
The Constitution gives the president alone the power to grant pardons. It is time for President Obama to use this singular responsibility.

I don't expect him to. Remember, this is the same president who campaigned on ending espionage against the public and stopping the pillaging of the fourth and fifth amendments. He hasn't been so bad as far as social policy or economics, but what has ever made him seem interested in justice?
