For (physical) books, at least, once you've sold it, your control of the physical item is pretty much gone. A rare victory against Big Media at the High Court.

Not unexpected.
I dunno … I've given expecting anything one way or the other with the current SCOTUS. It makes a lot of sense, but that doesn't necessarily seem to be a predictor of much these days.
