Hey Avo, no moved to Westminster a year and a half ago (thankfully). The place where I used to live is very flooded, the parking lot, the first floor units and the storage areas were flooded several feet deep.
Based on what we read, it was all evac’d on Wednesday.
So, in Westminster, half as much rain, and being on a knoll, all of the water is going away from the house.
