As previously anticipated, Joe Biden has managed to slip the RAVE act into the conference committee version of the national AMBER Alert bill.
No public hearing. No legislative committee hearing. No notice. Back-door politics at its worst.
Is it too late to hound your senators about it? Give it a shot.
