If you are an actual legitimate vendor and are soliciting business of me at my job, be sure and use your full name. Using my company name in the subject line might be helpful. Marking the e-mail as urgent is not.
Oh, and “Sid”? I flagged your e-mail as spam, then thought better of it and opened it to read. Not a good first impression. Just so you know.
