Got a late start last night, since Margie and Katherine had to do some evening-time shopping for the latter related to our upcoming trip.
- Soloed a bit with Lynn. She was still on Heroic, and I was getting some pretty blue-white missions, so I bumped up to Rugged — and started a new arc of missions (Croatoan witches) that took me down twice in ten minutes.
Hrm. Rejiggered back to Heroic until I catch up a bit. Half-way to 31. - Post-Kitten-bedtime, we hopped on with Hildy and Torchy, also in Croatoa. More, analogous Witch trouble, as those crazy broads refuse to herd well. Still, few worries.
Midway through that mish, got a @tell, so hopped over to … - CoV and Mister Ravenous and Charity. Kinda crazy fun — three brutes on a team of six or seven tends to guarantee things will be a bit chaotic (I didn’t envy Margie in her buffy/healy role, let alone our being kinda rusty with these character, which meant hitting the right powers was more conscious than it should have been).
Played a while (too long a while), then hit the sack. Charity dinged to 16. Should (may) do more with those two. In our copious free time …

Wednesday has sort of become CoV night becuase it is the night that the Entropy, Inc. folks are on.
Ran Puck through two missions last night, one of which was a Timed and for the second time in as many days completed it with minutes to spare (one mission with Gaz and then the one with Puck, and both being kill alls).
There is something satisfying about completing the mission ala 007 with seconds ticking off the clock. 🙂
It was the first time in a long time that I have run Ven as well (I have been running Bane for the past month, trying to get him to 14), and I had forgotten about how much more powerful she is then Puck, and how much Aggro she draws….Which, when soloing you do not notice, but in a group you do, and it made me remember why I had taken Stealth for her.
The funniest part of the night was when Dolmen actually looked at Ven and noticed her face. All I got was “OMG Ven’s Face!”. Yes, going for the Cenobite look tends to freak some out. ;P
Okay … (marks down Wednesdays as CoV night).
Last night was PuG-y goodness.
First with Zazi and I managed to get her a full bar toward 38, and then for a few missions with Bane, who I managed to get to 13…10 pips to go to SJ. 🙂
