Convened at the Boss’s house in Santa Clarita, gathered around the dining room table with my three peer managers. Lots of chit-chat and Conveying of Wisdom from the Boss, but also lots of good discussion, idea-sharing, and team-building. Did the first non-Boss presentation for the meeting, on “Managing Expectations,” and it was well received by all.
For the evening, we went to a very yummy Indian restaurant, Karma. Filling and tasty.
Ready for tomorrow (and, honestly, ready to be back home with Margie).
