Haagen-Dazs Rum Raisin Ice Cream is not only the greatest thing since sliced bread, I’d much rather eat it than sliced bread.
Back when I was a kid, I used to watch Quick-Draw McGraw. And he had this dog that he would give doggie treats to. And the dog would hug himself rapturously, rocking one way or the other, until finally he shot up into the air and floated down like a wafted feather, in orgasmic satiety.
That’s me and Haagen-Dazs Rum Raisin Ice Cream.
(The only thing I can’t figure out is why the only places that carry it are stores like Wild Oats and Whole Foods.)
Mmmmmmmmmm.
Um, I buy mine at Safeway.
They don’t ALWAYS have it in stock, but the one near my house in Manitou and the one near my house in Aurora both carry it.
Hmmm. Must just be the local Safeway that doesn’t have it. Nor the local King Soopers. Nor the local Albertsons …
Not a big Rum Raisin fan, but what other generally unavailable flavors do Wild Oats and Whole Foods carry? Vanilla with chocolate chunks? Please tell me ‘yes’.
I’d have to specifically look (or you can look at the WF at the Colorado/University/Highlands Ranch Blvd confluence next time you’re off to the Testerfolks).
