I sent off the detailed answer by e-mail to Nancy, since I didn’t want to deal with GT/LT markups all over.
I basically lifted the appropriate Java code from the MT module for Create New Entry and included it in my comment template. Details available upon request, but it’s pretty straightforward stuff.
I did it both for the challenge (not being at all Java-savvy) and because I was tired of coding the tags myself, esp. the URL tags.
