    The government has already proven ineffective in battling anything but vague concepts, certainly it hasn’t slowed M$ down in the least, and it doesn’t look like it will do anything that might have any impact against the M$ juggernaut.

  2. Well, the verdict is still out on M$ … though I don’t expect any recourse any time soon.

    The only way we can “do” anything is to (a) not buy into it, and (b) chat up how bad the proposal is.

    The latter is easy. The former may be very difficult.
