TV Guide has a great feature on cartoon line-ups through the decades, including my beloved 1960s.
As I gaze back on 1967, I can’t believe those damn network bastards made be choose between The Fantastic Four, The Herculoids, and Super President. (As I recall, I chose the third, which is really sad.)
That year — probably the best cartoon year of all time IMHO — is detailed lovingly here.
