Huzzah and hey-nonny-nonny! Residential broadband access to the Web has finally exceeded dial-up.
Certainly, of the hotels I stay in, over half have some sort of broadband (increasingly wireless). And most (all?) of my friends, not to mention parents and in-laws have it. I’ve ceased worrying about sending a large graphic or film clip by e-mail, due to speed of access.
