Unless, of course, you’re a purist and think the idea of an Underdog feature movie using a real, actual dog sounds kinda … goofy.

“When movies in this world appear
And frighten all who see or hear…”
Aaahkkghh!!! Is there nothing so good that they won’t screw it up with an off-concept movie? Underdog was already goofy and didn’t need any help from CGI.
BTW I love that “superhero” commercial where Underdog plays a cameo role. More commercials like that!
Ahhh….
Disney, say no more…
Yes, Underdog was, in and of itself, “goofy.” And delightfully so.
Frankly, I think it could be brought back as was and be successful. Haven’t we already seen a similar failure with Bullwinkle? Is the argument that they should have instead made use of a real moose and squirrel?
I eagerly await the live action Super Chicken movie.
