Kim Possible will be back for a fourth season. Keen. That it resulted in part from a fan campaign to save the show is even more keen.

Though — the most recent movie would have served as a great series capper, and it will be interesting to see how they continue on from that point.

UPDATE: Heh. Heh heh heh. KP vs. Sidney Bristow (in her pink wig). Heh.

  1. There was a Lilo & Stitch/Kim Possible cross-over episode? I can’t even picture that in my head. Just such a weird idea and the animation styles just won’t line up next to each other in my mind.

I’ve actually been liking some of the recent burst of tv cartoons they’ve had with female main characters in the last couple years: Kim Possible, Atomic Betty, Life and Times of Juniper Lee, even Totally Spies! is an improvement over a lot of the very boy-targetted cartoons of the past.

They are cool little action cartoons with a female main characters who kick butt. Nice to see a little gender diversification in that category, especially since they tend to rely on their animation and story-telling more then merchandising toys to attract advertisers and viewers.

  2. Haven’t seen that cross-over. The Proud Family/Lilo & Stitch crossover was — disturbing, but worked.

And, Hythian, I agree. Especially having a young daughter, it’s cool to see some better role models.
