Minor techie accomplishments

Minor technical accomplishments/sidelights of the past few days:

1. Got Margie’s “new” Treo set up to sync with her “new” PC at home. Complicated by the fact that it’s already set up to sync at her office — and not through the normal HotSync, but with some bizarro Lotus Notes OneConnect widgety thing.

   Figured out around that, and then Margie talked her IT into letting her Treo push data back up to Notes (not just copy it down, duh), so it looks like she’s all set.

2. Created e-mail accounts for the (brother-in-law) nephews under that family domain (hosted under my domain). Coolness.

3. Initial consulting with a local friend (and frequent commenter here) about setting up a blog. Very much coolness, prospectively.
