I’ve written here a few times about Mile Hi Services, the blanket name for a variety of home care/household services (lawn aeration, sprinkler care, etc.), and how, in general, I stay way far away from them any more. Those posts garnered a number of comments from various readers here — nothing on the US Bank level, but still an appreciable enough number that I felt pretty sure I’d not just gotten some random bad apples.

Just fyi, I’m doing a follow up on Mile Hi Services with some disgruntled customers as well…if you’d like to offer my email to respondents, we’re interested in hearing what they have to say and taking up some of their concerns with the company.
And your observations about them are right on the money “eleventy-dozen a/k/a’s” with tons of complaints.
