I thought this Computerworld article on “asking questions back” in job interviews was pretty interesting. Not that I’m interviewing or anything (seriously) — but I do interview people, and it’s good to know what to expect. Heck, it’s actually a fine set of questions for management types to consider about their organization.

Mmm…just don’t ask the reason the interviewer is moving out of his or her current position if the topic comes up. This situation came up during interviews for my current job, and I since have come to understand the situation was not desired by the interviewer at all…
