  1. Twenty-five virtual commenter points to the person who can tell me that. (Margie is most likely, as she understands — or at least recognizes — my scrawl most easily.)

    I’ll post the answer by or on Labor Day, if nobody’s figured it out.

  2. BD, it’s a very scribbly version of the cast of Serenity, with the heading of Serenity up top.

    Serenity header
    MR as ‘pres’
    with
    Zoe, Kaylee and Jayne right under him. Shepherd Book is also listed as a direct report, but of a lower rank (non-crewmember) than the other three, and he’s crossed out for obvious reasons.

    Wash is listed with Zoe, but crossed out. ( 🙁 )

    There’s a ‘direct report’ line from Simon/River to Mal as well, but like the Shepherd, they have a lower-tier ranking, suitable for non-crew.

    Also, ther should be a dotted line relationship from Simon to Kaylee. 🙂

  3. Ok, so:

    Slert = Serenity

    MR = Mal

    Zone = Zoe

    Wlas = Wash (x)

    Deyn bleh = Shepard Book

    Kayla = Kaylee

    Sim/Rim = Simon and River

    Dayna = Jayne

    Iwas = Inara as a direct report to Mal

    Is that correct?

  4. Actually, “MR” = “Malcolm Reynolds” — aside from that I think you have it.

    I blame the cell camera for making all fuzzy and hard to read … 🙂

    And Doyce missed the “Inara” side relationship to Mal (complete with question mark). So only 22 virtual commenter points — but that’s enough to earn a big ringing bell. 🙂

    (Actually, I could have made it much clearer — but, on the off chance that someone in the office, or, worse, a client, might actually recognize it …)
