What if they held a phone call and nobody came?

Important, if annoying, phonecon this morning between myself and two others.

1. I was late because I was stuck in a previous More Important, Also More Annoying phonecon. I ended up not calling in until the allotted time was over.
2. When I tried to IM the one participant whose IM addy I had, he told me that he’d informed the call chair that he’d be unable to make it this week.
3. When I tried to call and e-mail the call chair, I got no answer back, until an hour later, when she sent out a note explaining she’d gotten back from a business trip late last night, was on medication for a bad cold, and ended up sleeping through the call.

So, three pretty darned reliable people, all of which managed to miss the call.
