Playing the Settlers thereof with Doyce, Jackie, and Margie.
UPDATE: First time for Margie and me, and Jackie’s experience was pretty limited, too. Nonetheless, Jackie won the first round, Margie the second. I got a rock (which is good, since I had the ore selling port), and Doyce got shut out, too. Fun times, and looking forward to more.

Be careful…Settlers of Catan is a gateway game. It starts with the basic game, expands to Cities & Knights and Seafarers, and then you start getting your friends hooked so you can keep playing.
And, finally, you own the 5-6 player expansions for the expansions, and build a massive permanent Catan board in your game room.
(Well, I’m not there yet…but I’ve considered it.)
