Had our first full Century Club game over at Doyce’s today. Well, it was the second episode, but the first one I was at, so I consider it the first. While Aleister Lord Ravensgate (a/k/a the Gentleman Thief known as The Daring Magpie!) was a bit out of his element in the jungles of Venezuela, I still managed to have fun, swing my sword cane around, profess a wastrel-like dependence on gin, and make off with some pretty baubles.
In the meantime we had wild-eyed pistoleros, trackless jungles, ancient Atlantean ruins, intelligent gorillas riding dinosaurs and antigravity craft, pontoon boats, darksome sacrifices, mystic portals to Venus, and … did I mention the gorillas riding dinosaurs? Pure pulp gold …
