I’m not really a baseball fan (of the Big Franchised Sports in the US, it rates down at the bottom in my book — I’d rather watch golf on TV…
So, any idea what the map is based on?
If it is radio network coverage, the Rockies would be from Montana down to Southern Colorado, and from eastern Colorado to eastern Utah.
Other than that it is an interesting idea.
It would also be fun to see one done for the NFL, NBA, and the NHL.
No clue as to the actual basis for the map. The comments section is interesting in discussing opinions as to its accuracy. Here’s one based on some survey data. And the MLB Blackout Map represents another point of view.
