If you’re going to flub a line … twice … best not to do it with a panel of merciless comedians, as happened here on the British series QI.

I have never seen Stephen Fry begging for mercy before … as he spends nearly two minutes trying to finish one line — “They say of the Acropolis where the Parthenon is …”
