An early commute home to cover a rescheduled early evening phonecon. More on the State of the Commute in a bit.

UPDATE: So I’ve been doing this for a month and a half now. Some thoughts.

  1. KCFR is now on FM 90.1, so I can actually hear it. Um, most of the time. The little jogging radio I have has occasional antenna problems, esp. given the metal and electricity all around me. Doable, but not as nice as in the car.
  2. The schedule is doing okay. It’s a bit more awkward dealing with late phone calls, and a 45 train ride goes by astonishingly fast. And I’m still not liking getting up as early as I am, but I’m surviving.
  3. Still haven’t figured out the best way to deal with audiobooks.
  4. Glad I’m doing it.
