- The Right’s Latest Anti-Gay Crusade – Money quote: ‘I still find the Religions Right’s willingness to destroy family relationships in the name of “protecting family values” utterly repulsive.’
- Right Seeks An Extra Month To Mount Anti-Sotomayor Campaign – I expect the GOP will do anything it can to delay or derail anything of substance — Health Care and the Sotomayor confirmation — past the August deadline. If only to show they can, and to slow down any momentum to Obama’s Administration.
- Aether is the New Black – Nice logo, but not sure this is what the world of sportswear needs. It’s certainly not what I need.
- ‘Operation Rescue’ founder warns of ‘violent convulsions’ if health bill doesn’t ban abortions. – Gee — are we supposed to knuckle under to terror threats? I thought the Right was really, truly opposed to that.

- US spends most per capita for health care of any country, yet our health care quality is not nearly top of the list – This is, perhaps, the most difficult idea to get across in the current health system debate. Americans are used to being “best” (and being told we’re “best”) that it’s hard to get anyone to believe we’re not in something. Especially when some seem dedicated to calling anyone who denies it a traitor and socialist.
