Well, July was not a stellar month for the weight loss program. Between the 4th of July, some laziness mid-month, and the Blogathon, my calorie count wasn’t all that great, and I spent too much of the month over the 200 lb. mark.
Alas, August was my original pound-a-week month to hit my target of 185. That, alas, doesn’t look likely at this point (or, if likely, healthy). I seem to be back on track, at least the past week-plus, to stay below 200 and continue to lose, so that’s good.
