Sinking money into the bathroom

Margie and Mary were going through Great Indoors today, as part of Bathroom Decor Quest 2009, and ran across this unit in the remainders bin (photo courtsy Mary’s iPhone). Granite top with built-in sink, 22D x 31W, it’s just a scosh too big for the downstairs lav, but would work great up in Katherine’s / the Guest bathroom. 

And, at $69, it was too cheap to pass up. So Margie didn’t.

So now we’ll need a vanity to go under it, and hardware and other bits to plan around it, plus the paint and the flooring, but it’s a solid (so to speak) start, and a great deal (based on what I saw of the market this past weekend). Nice job, ladies!
