We had our annual Twelfth Night Post-Holiday Holiday Party last night. We kept the attendance down to a small number (“people we didn’t have to make the house immaculate for”) because of Margie’s ankle and wanting to keep her off of it as much as we could. Mary was here to help, and we had little hors d’oevres instructions for each party-goer (most of which was heating instructions for Costco goodies).
Mary was here this weekend, and was a huge help.
So we ended up with about a dozen — Randy, Stan, Doyce & Kate, Lee & De, Jackie, plus Rachel and Kaylee. A nice, intimate get-together with good food, glög, and bonhomie.
Good seeing everyone. It’s been too hectic too long. Next year, back to the full shindig!
And today Randy and Stan will be back for Thirteenth Day gaming today. Huzzah!
