- Walmart fires employee with inoperable brain tumor for legally using marijuana outside of work – This is becoming an increasing issue in states where medical marijuana is legal. To my thought, unless you can demonstrate that the job requires manual dexterity, etc., that intoxication might interfere with, a “doctor’s excuse” should cover you.
- Armey Accuses ‘Destructive’ Tancredo Of ‘Alienating’ Hispanics – Of course he’s “alienating” them: he considers them “aliens” who need to be kicked out of the country (unlike Italians who have always been considered all-American).
