- “Mosque” Opposers Side With The Terrorists And Are Helping Them Win – I’m not sure which reality is worse — that the folks drumming up all the opposition to Park51 really do believe the tripe they are spouting, or that they don’t but are willing to damage the body politic (and encourage al-Qa’eda) in return for short-term political gain.
- I Don’t Want Directions – Between GPS and online maps, the whole “giving directions” thing has become pretty much passe. As has (sadly) my own hand-drawn maps to our house.

- Obama: A Really Lousy Muslim – The problem, of course, is that the Religious Right have seized on the idea that Islam allows one to outright lie in defense of the faith. Thus, if Obama declares his faith in Allah, he’s obviously a Muslim. If Obama denies his faith in Allah, he’s obviously a Muslim who’s lying for a greater cause. Of course, one wonders how much projection is going on here …

They can also be in the business of generating invoices; the larger the consultancy, the greater the likelihood the latter is the case.
- How to Travel 12 Countries with No Baggage Whatsoever (+ Cool Giveaway) – Traveling light is a nice goal — I find this goes a bit to the extreme, but a lot of the strategies can be applied in some degree to more “normal” vacationing with little trouble.
