- Media Ignores Majority Of Health Care Decisions To Focus On Judges Striking Down Affordable Care Act – Arguably a ruling in favor of the Affordable Care Act is less newsworthy because it’s just upholding the governmental status quo. But this is where editors should be earning their bucks, in terms of looking at the big picture, not just the micro of each case as it comes up.
