- Senator Obama on the Constitution – I don’t necessarily expect that a Senator will feel the same way about a lot of things once s/he becomes President — but it’s still worth recognizing and questioning those changes in opinion.
- The Lesson the U.S. Is Teaching the World in Libya – I don’t dismiss the justification for military intervention in Libya so easily — but, yes, the collateral lessons being taught will have an effect.
- Hollywood Continues Its Plan To Kill Netflix – The problem is, I think, closer to the psychological factor cited here. Too many in The Industry see it all as a zero-sum game. If I am winning, you must be losing — even if you wouldn’t actually be making any more if I vanished. Thus, someone who finds a way to make money off your content, even if it’s money you couldn’t, or wouldn’t, make, must be stealing that money from you.

- Weblog Tools Collection: WordPress Updates Via Plugins? – On the one hand, it’s adding a layer of complexity, which adds risk. On the other hand, if it allows updates/fixes without the effort and danger of core file updates, that’s probably a good thing.
- Huckabee: Americans Should Be Forced, At Gunpoint, To Learn From David Barton – Mike Huckabee is a dolt. And a dangerous one. I mean, yeah, he’s probably talking hyperbolically here — but can you imagine the uproar if someone on the Left said that he wished everyone could be forced at gunpoint to listen to President Obama?
