- Kyl Aide: My ‘Not Intended To Be A Factual Statement’ Statement Was Not Intended To Be A Factual Statement – Zany. But it doesn’t address the core issue: how do you “misspeak by incorrectly citing a statistic” that’s so wildly wrong? It’s not like he said 10% when it’s 5%, or 30% instead of 3%, or a third instead of a quarter. Kyle said abortion services were “90%” of what Planned Parenthood does, when in fact it’s about 3%. So either (a) he’s an ignoramus who doesn’t know WTF he’s talking about, or (b) he’s willfully lying to the American public. Can we get a statement on that, Mr Press Secretary?
