1. Three points:
a) The killing of bin Laden is not necessarily a homicide
b) A homicide is not necessarily a crime
c) She did not state approval of the crime, but of bin Laden’s current condition
This charge should be dismissed quickly.
2. Oh, no! This will encourage children to ask questions! Next they will start to think for themselves. America is doomed! DOOMED!
Some of those Japanese gadgets have been around for at least a decade. I think some are useful-to-me, and others are overkill, or too much time on hands syndrome.
So the 1st protects incitement to commit a crime?
It holds that incitement to a very high standard — “fighting words,” for example, or speech intended and likely to cause an immediate breach of the peace or violence (e.g., incitement to riot), as opposed to “mere” hate speech.
