- Court Finds South Dakota’s Extreme Abortion Law Degrades and Humiliates Women – I am willing to accept that some folks find abortion morally wrong. But the way to address that is through moral suasion, not through infantilizing women or putting so many hoops in front of them to jump through that abortion is impractical, rather than immoral.
