And, yes, some of that equipment is being used for other, non-terror-related things … but that’s not what it was bought for or what the justification was for funding it. Which begs the question of who’s setting the priorities, and on what basis, and is a $200K armored assault vehicle more important to the nation than $200K in computer equipment for a school?
