Bottom line: the GOP don't like Newt. Newt screwed them over during his House leadership in the 90s, and he's "obnoxious and disliked" by those who've worked with him. It's not surprising (though it's entertaining) that his resurgence in the primaries has pulled his former critics out to derail him in favor of the much more electable Romney. #ddtb
