Apparently, as the Montana Supreme Court has kicked back, saying that the state's history provides compelling reasons for its corporate donations restrictions, and corporations in the state are appealing to SCOTUS.
I doubt seriously that SCOTUS will change their minds so quickly — though they could provide some added nuance to the ruling, which has seen a massive flood of money shoot into the election system this cycle. #ddtb
