Sure, "sex sells," but it also gets kind of boring after a short while
I consider myself a pretty darned healthy heterosexual male, who enjoys the occasional cheesecake and has a healthy appreciation for feminine pulchritude.
That said, I think this story makes a number of excellent points, the bottom-line of which is this: being too sexy-sexy takes away from any other story you're trying to tell, so if your intent is simply to thrust a bunch of improbable breasts at the viewer, then just go ahead and do it and don't pretend you're doing anything other than that. #ddtb

Not questioning that they have some beams in their own eye, collectively. But I think the point is well made (and well-illustrated, so to speak).

Not to be snarky, but as a comic fan I'm 'meh' on the subject anymore. Dead equines abound.
If I saw any indication that the publishers were actually paying much attention, I might be inclined to let it drop. Not seeing it so far (though, mercifully, "Catwoman" has turned out to be a much better comic than the first issue or two foretold).
