The statistics don't lie. Just a few years after changing the traditional 'philosophy of business', profiteering off crime became acceptable. Today the US with 5% of the worlds population holds 25% of the Worlds prisoners. With authorities under pressure to fill arrest quota's, governments signing guarantees to fill prisons. Judges are under pressure to pass longer sentencing with the full weight of increasingly dubious law behind them such as music piracy.
