Okay, maybe it was primarily a poor job of some outside consulting firm — though one assumes that someone from the RNC actually reviewed it first. (In their defense, presumably some RNC Latinos reviewed and didn't spot the error, which, I'll confess, is not wildly glaring.)
Still, amusing in a website designer, if not political, way.
